Book Launch Events
Meeting people and talking about mental health makes me feel like all of my work is worthwhile. Now that my book is released, I have a unique opportunity to continue the conversation about how we can best live with anxiety, depression and bipolar disorder.
Before I get to events already planned, please know that I would love to speak to a group you may be affiliated with, in person or on Zoom, about using meditation, movement and meaningful work to manage challenging moods. If you’re interested drop me a line at george@practicingmentalillness.com
If you’re in or near Philadelphia please join me on March 1st and/or March 8th for talks, readings and signings.
On March 1st I’ll be at Headhouse Books at 2nd and South at 6:30p.
On March 8th I’ll be at the Raven Lounge at 17th and Sansom at 6:00p.
All of the details are on my events page here.
Please check back to the events page for upcoming events in New Jersey and Ohio.
Thanks for reading my newsletter and supporting my work. I hope you get a chance to pick up a copy of Practicing Mental Illness, and I would love to meet you and discuss your experience with mental illness. Hang in there and stay well.
